YOUR HAPPINESS IS OUR GOAL.

We want you to love your purchase and feel beautiful wearing or using it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will be happy to accept the return for a refund, exchange or store credit of any full priced items within 7 days of receiving it.

Items should be returned in original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you. Please make sure tags are all in original condition and attached.

The Corner Store Yamba may at times have items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help you with an alternative product.

Please note: No refund or exchange on sale items.

Sending back your item is easy!

To return items to us you’ll need to initiate your return via your thecornerstore account.

Make sure you are logged in using the email address you entered when placing your order.

  • select your order number,
  • select “request return" in your account, and then
  • follow the steps to initiate your return.

Our customer service team will reply to you with a return address within 48 hrs.

  • The item needs to be returned within 7 days of us making contact
  • The return item needs to be sent via a trackable method. Please retain your tracking number in the case of a missing parcel.

  • Postage costs for sending and returning of items are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Our customer service team will handle exchange requests and particulars with you via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
